Experience
I’ve worked in the HRCM and Payroll space since 1984. I started my career as a payroll specialist at Paychex. Throughout my career, I’ve viewed every customer as unique. For me, has always been a customized approach and never been a cookie-cutter solution. Understanding customer needs and turning those needs into functional business rules is what puts a smile on my face. Sharing the years of my UKG functional knowledge to improve every level of customer operation is the ‘cherry on the top’. Customer engagement and satisfaction is what drives me.
Interest & Hobbies
I own a 1975 Triumph TR6 that I restored frame up 23 years ago. I rarely drive, however, when I do it thrills me the same way my first 1962 Triumph TR4 did for me fresh out of high school.
Music has always played a huge role in my life and in 2018 I had the pleasure of producing and co-directing a musical stage play – Little Willie Jr.’s Resurrection.​
Fun Fact
I’m a husband, father of 6, and grandfather of 6. Married in 1991 to my lovely wife Tanya.
Travel is a huge fun item for my family and me. We’ve been to every continent except Antarctica and Australia. By far Italy is my personal favorite country to visit and Cape Town South Africa my favorite city.
