Technical Account Management (Post Implementation Support)
Once launch is complete, a Post Live Technical Account Manager (TAM) can support you in a variety of operations at an ongoing basis for the agreed-upon managed services fee. Post-Live Technical Account Management fees are separate from the Implementation fees and are provided on an ongoing basis. For this service, a TAM either curates or directly provides one or more of the following services for average , agreed-upon number of hours per week (usually half-time), based on priorities provided by you.
