As we continue to expand our reach, we are seeking a dedicated Talent Consultant to join our team and drive the implementation of Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent modules on the UKG platform.
The Talent Consultant will be responsible for high-quality, complete implementation of the Talent modules. You will be accountable for all phases of the implementation process. We are seeking self-starters who possess exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, and who are driven to provide excellent customer service. Ideal candidates should have a general understanding of HR concepts and regulations and be comfortable working in a fast-paced and exciting environment. This is a virtual position, offering the flexibility to work remotely.
As a Talent Consultant, your primary responsibilities will include:
Implementing, configuring, and managing UKG platform modules, with a focus on Recruiting and Onboarding along with other Talent Modules
Collaborating closely with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and alignment with business needs.
Analyzing current recruiting and onboarding processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure seamless integration with the UKG platform.
Developing and delivering customized training programs for end-users, enabling them to effectively utilize the UKG system.
Providing ongoing support and troubleshooting for all UKG related issues, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal disruption to business operations.
Continuously monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of the UKG platform, proactively identifying opportunities for optimization and enhancements.
Staying current on UKG product updates, industry trends, and best practices, sharing knowledge and insights with the team to drive continuous improvement.
Participating in the development and execution of strategic HR initiatives and projects as needed.
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR technology implementation and consulting
Strong understanding of recruiting and onboarding processes, as well as general HR functions and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Proven ability to deliver engaging and effective training programs to diverse audiences.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify and address complex issues.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively, adapting to changing business needs and requirements.
UKG Pro certification is strongly preferred.
