As we continue to expand our reach, we are seeking a UKG Sr. Solution Consultant to join our team and implement the UKG solutions for our customers.
As a Senior UKG Consultant, you will be responsible for leading and managing UKG implementations, upgrades, and support services for our clients. You will be expected to work closely with clients to understand their requirements, design solutions, and deliver them in a timely and effective manner. You will also be responsible for providing guidance and mentoring to junior consultants. This is a virtual position, offering the flexibility to work remotely in Canada or US.
As a Sr. Solution Consultant, your primary responsibilities will include:
Analyzes client’s unique business processes and makes recommendations on most efficient system configurations to meet client needs.
Implements new modules and functionality using approved launch methodology processes including Business Analysis, Business Rule Requirements, System Configuration, Data Mapping, Parallel Testing, Live Processing and Support Transition.
Shares techniques and principles with client to ensure that they are appropriately equipped to effectively manage systems and processes post engagement.
Acquires, maintains, and distributes knowledge of relevant products, policies, and methods of support delivery to provide accurate and successful solutions to clients.
Attends and/or leads remote and on-site meetings as required.
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration or related field.
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR technology implementation and consulting
Strong working knowledge of UKG PRO system
Strong background in HR and/or Payroll
Customer-focused, positive and professional attitude.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate with internal and external customers.
Self-motivated with a desire to learn and develop new skills.
Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational and time management ability.
