I have been working in the HCM industry for several payroll providers since 2010, in various roles including Customer Service, Quality Assurance, Project Management, and of course Implementation.
Subject Matter Expertise
Living in Quebec and being bilingual, I am very familiar with all the specificities of the Quebec payroll legislation. Born and raised in France, and having studied abroad in Australia, I also enjoy implementing Global payroll and being exposed to other countries. I am passionate about customer service, and I strive to implement UKG Pro to make it easy and smooth to use not only for the administrators but also for the employees.

Bachelor of Business with a major in Human Resources Management from UTS (University of Technology Sydney, in Australia).
Certifications
PCP (Payroll Compliance Professional) from the National Payroll Institute in Canada
PMP (Project Management Professional) from the Project Management Institute.
Interest & Hobbies
Sewing (I make all my own clothes and bags/purses), running, and spending time with my family (husband, 2 kids, and our beloved pet bearded dragon).
Fun Fact
I recently climbed Mount Kilimanjaro, and it was truly a life-changing experience!
What/Who Inspires Me
I love Eleanor Roosevelt's quote “Do one thing every day that scares you.” From climbing Kilimanjaro to registering for my first triathlon or supervising my kids' birthday party with all their friends, I love to challenge myself with big and small things, every day!
